What is “Dance Class for Singers”?
For ages 7-12 ages 13-17 ages 18+
With the explosion of talent competitions both locally and internationally, the art of performing has been trusted into the forefront of pop culture. Capturing huge audiences worldwide, American Idol, Glee, The Voice and now X Factor are just a few examples of television programming in this constantly growing field.
The stage performance company In Da Industry has provided 2 stage performance workshops tailored exactly for someone just like you. We now offer a 6 – week intensive workshop and introduction to stage performance.
What will you learn in “Dance Class for Singers”?
Stage Performance 1
Intro to stage performance
8 students per workshop
$90 1Hour (3 week workshop)
This workshop will help you get ready for the stage
- The dos and don’ts of stage Performance
- Introduction to Image Building
- Introduction on how to coordinate a routine and much more
Stage Performance 2
Intensive workshop
8 students per workshop
Intensive 6 week workshop (1 day a week 1.5 hours each class)
- $150 per person (REGULAR PRICE)
- $120 sale price person save $30 (FOR THE FIRST 30 SIGNEES)

This workshop will help you get ready for the stage and camera:
- The dos and don’ts of stage performance
- Image Building
- How to coordinate a routine
- Portfolio building
- Learn set of microphone techniques (proper use of the microphone)
- Learn the importance of having an online presence and how to leverage it
- How to conduct yourself in an interview, a casting call or an audition
- At the end of the 6- week intensive workshop, students will get an opportunity to perform for friends and family in a local venue to showcase what has been learned over this period of training.

Performance Coach Achievements and History
Jewne is a strong willed Gemini and loves the important things in life, food, family; especially her brother, Michael Brooks, friends…and Mariah.
This multi-talented young female has always had a passion for the arts. Jewne has involved herself in many different facets of this genre, including teaching stage performance from the age 17 at My School of Music. Jewne also worked as a stage coordinator around this time. She helped teach models how to talk and helped with clothing and fashion decisions. Jewne has since then developed 2 programs Motivational Image Building and a Stage Performance Class called “Dance class for Singers”. She also teaches a class called Dance a size with the Catholic School Board. She is currently taking Crisis Management Psychology at Algonquin College.
